Recent Project Spotlights

  • Cloud Campaign

    WINTER 2022

OCG’s project with Cloud Campaign centered around enhancing its service offerings. The team performed market research to develop the user interface and experience recommendations.

First-term consultant Morgan Presson found Cloud Campaign to be “a fun and inspiring client to work with” and “could not have asked for a better project team or client to work with.”

Project manager Koyin Olopade was incredibly proud of the team’s work, citing that her team excelled at challenging the status quo and taking risks throughout the project duration.

  • IPRE and Lane County Farmers Market

    FALL 2022

OCG worked with client IPRE to understand how food and beverage vendors at Eugene farmers’ markets can better serve consumer preferences for sustainable foods.

Project manager Makayla Massar was incredibly proud of the consultants’ work. “We were able to speak to a variety of people within the Eugene community who are involved in the local food scene. This provided us with real insights in how consumers and vendors alike view sustainability in food and beverage. I was so impressed every meeting by the work each consultant had done and the fruitful conversations we would have.”

  • Willett Lab

    WINTER 2023

We collaborated with the Willett Lab at the Knight Campus at the University of Oregon to develop a go-to-market strategy and address product-market fit for their novel Resolvin-MSC therapy in the osteoarthritis treatment market.

Project manager Yuki Gaudreault was thrilled to witness the consultants' deep involvement in bridging the scientific and business domains. “This was an extremely exciting project that brought together my two passions- biological research and management consulting- to make a tangible impact. Within a 10-week span, consultants had to overcome a substantial learning curve to apply their newfound knowledge to real conversations with clinicians and veterinarians, whose patients could benefit significantly from this novel therapy."
